At Changas we don't do direct exchanges. You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. If both shoes and packaging are in perfect condition we will refund you right away. You can then purchase your new article.
 CAN I EXCHANGE MY CHANGAS ORDER IN ANY RETAILER?Unfortunately no, CHANGAS’s flagship stores or other retailers cannot accept items purchased from CHANGAS.COM. Return your purchase to us, following our Returns Policy.
 HOW CAN I RETURN MY CHANGAS.COM PURCHASE?If you'd like to return your Changas order, please contact us, so we can send you a return label and provide you with the instructions. All shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
 HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?Have you made a mistake and need to cancel an order? If your order has not yet been processed we will try to cancel it before it leaves our warehouse. Send us an email to contacto@changas.com with the number of your order indicating that you want to cancel it and we will notify you if it has been possible.
 MY COUPON OR DISCOUNT DOESN’T WORKIf you’re having trouble applying a coupon or a discount code to your order, no need to worry! Just send us an email, with all relevant information to contacto@changas.com and we’ll take care of the rest.
 HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT COUPON OR PROMO CODE?You can add a discount coupon or a promo code in two different stages of finishing your purchase. When reviewing your shopping cart, or during checkout. After applying your code, the discount will be deducted automatically from the amount.
 THE PAEZ I WANT ARE OUT OF STOCKOh geez, we're sad to hear about that (but at the same, good on us, right?) While we’re unable to provide specific dates for restocks, you can always stay on top of any news, by subscribing to our newsletter.
